Mailbox Repair or Replacement options

1. straighten and secure post and a fresh coat of paint
Our mailboxes loosen up over time and can begin to lean or wobble. They also fade and crack over years of harsh weather exposure. I will straighten up the post, secure it in place, clean it up, and apply a fresh coat of "HOA Approved" Benjamin Moore Black Forest Green exterior paint. $85 *New house numbers an additional $25.
2. Repair/Replace Newspaper Box and Bracket + Option #1
Sometimes the weather has really taken its toll. Or maybe a contractor's truck mirror decided to clip the box on its way past. Either way, the newspaper box and/or bracket is toast and needs repair or replacing. New or replacement boxes are made entirely of Azek brand PVC board that will not rot, warp, or crack, and paint won't peel away. New house numbers are applied. The existing post will be straightened, secured, cleaned up, and a fresh coat of paint all around. Your mailbox will be like new. $245
3. New Mailbox (Extra Large)
The black metal mailbox itself may be faded, the door won't close, or it's dented up beyond repair. Time for a replacement! Approved size and shape will be delivered and installed at an additional cost of $85. The old one hauled away.
4. Just Replace The Whole Darn Thing!
String trimmers have nearly cut through the post, the newspaper box is falling apart, metal mailbox is tired and worn. Just replace the whole thing and start over fresh. Includes all of the above, including a new 6x6 ground contact, pressure treated post, painted and ready. Old mailbox and post will be hauled away and properly disposed of. $445
